E-learning  Delivery, recording and reporting with access to over 120 Health, Safety & Compliance titles. E-Learning can be done alone or instructor led and includes engagement with the learner in the form of text, images, animation, video, audio or a combination of all of them. The custom built Learning Management System allows Compliance and Health & Safety training to be completed around other commitments, at any time of day and in all kinds of environments.

Incident Reporting  Allowing users to log in and report accidents, near misses, loss of assets or damage to property from any location globally. Being able to report such incidents is crucial in today's corporate world. Photographs and specific forms can also be uploaded to the system and added to the filled-out report. Location and date information is automatically stored within the system, allowing relevant persons to log into the system and view and react to the reports as required.

Risk Management  Including creating and completing Risk Assessments as well as assessing the risks of everyone in your organisation through check-list questions. By asking simple yes/no questions specifically in relation to your organisations Health & Safety requirements, administrators are therefore able to manage, access and identify risks by using a simple traffic light system. Organisational risk assessments can be completed and stored online to ensure data is accessible and securely recorded for future evaluation.

Audit  Create and distribute site or location based audits from a central location and report upon quickly and easily through automated escalation protocols. When filling out an Audit form, the person who has been assigned to complete the form will be asked to complete a check-list that must be reviewed against specific criteria. Once completed, reports are sent automatically through to the relevant responsible person so that actions can be carried out and threats rectified as required.

Document Management  This new functionality allows managers to distribute important documentation and policies around the workplace without the chaos and stress of chasing up who has signed and who has seen it. Safety Media has developed the tool which, required the user to show acceptance and acknowledgement of the document, ensuring a more compliant and safe working environment. This is a much more robust form of policy distribution and ensures managers can do this mandatory task with ease, decreasing staff downtime and increasing work productivity.

Course Creator  We offer our Enterprise clients full power over the training that is delivered to their employees and benefit from all the protection off the shelf offers. The idea is simple, much like most popular music players, you can create ‘playlists' of different snippets of course content and put them in an order that works best for your organisation. You can even add self-tests and risk checklists, just like our normal courses. This clever tool is available to all Enterprise e-Learning clients. You can still opt to use our standard library of courses if you choose to do so but will still have the Course Creator option in your Administration menu.

The software we have produced at Safety Media is designed to make life easier and take a lot of the duplication and hassle out of recording and reporting. Administrators or stakeholders can log in via an online device and gain a snapshot of information about the safety and risks of the business. Board reports can be produced quickly and efficiently containing only the relevant information you require for your needs.

The Learning Management System is fully SCORM 1.2 compliant meaning you can upload other e-Learning courses to the system to keep all your training records in one place. You can even record other training against users records for training requiring a physical element such as First Aid or Driving training.

All our software is built, managed, maintained and supported in-house by a team of experts. This enables us to continually improve and update our services to clients and respond to legislation changes throughout our courses promptly.
